Interview | Episode 01

How did you join the company?

I originally worked as a composer. The composition work had an unstable life where there was an income if it was sold at full volume. I decided that I couldn't live and decided to change jobs, and when I was looking for a job, I found a job in Daiichi Kobo's signature production. Since I was a kid, I was immersed in assembling something that requires handwork, like making a plastic model, I chose this job because I had experience as an event carpenter (construction staff).

Interview | Episode 02

Do you have any memorable episodes since joining the company?

I have inadvertently damaged a unique original work. At that time, the operator team and seniors worked hard and managed to escape the crisis. Although it is a company where team divisions are small and there are gaps between departments, I truly realized that I'm being helped by the people around me. After that, we are moving to work with even greater care so as not to inconvenience the others and so that there will be no mistakes.

Interview | Episode 03

What are your future goals?

When I see our products in the city and see the tweets I made on Twitter etc. being tweeted, I am glad that I am making it. We are conscious of keeping up with, preserving high quality and responding flexibly to urgent needs from customers, and we will continue to work harder to achieve zero customer complaints. I would also like to strive for growth so that I can finish my work consistently on my own.
